摘要:
 通过文献分析和对28名竞技运动教练员进行半结构化的访谈，发现影响竞 技运动教练员工作倦怠的工作特征因素包括角色冲突和角色模糊，工作任务过重，工作时间 太长，长期不能和家人生活在一起，缺少领导和同事的支持，工作中的人际消耗与冲突，缺 乏自主，缺少资源，工作时间模糊等。
Abstract:
 Based on the half--structured communication with the28sports coaches in China and documentary analysis，itwas found that th e following factors played an important role in contributing to job burnout of t he coaches.Those factors include role conflict and role ambiguity，overload work ，unfixed as well as too longworking hours，lack of family get-together and the s upport from their leaders and colleagues，interˉpersonal relationship conflict， inadequate in independence and resources and so on.
