摘要:
 为探讨教学空间环境、教师自我正念、学前儿童身体健康的关系以及教师年龄在其中的调节作用,采用幼儿园教师工作环境评估量表、教学正念量表以及幼儿脆弱性量表对1054名幼儿园教师进行调查研究。结果发现:(1)教学空间环境对学前儿童身体健康的正向预测作用显著;(2)教师自我正念在教学空间环境与学前儿童身体健康间具有部分中介作用;(3)教师年龄在教学空间环境与教师自我正念之间发挥调节作用,具体表现为相对于较年长教师而言,较年轻教师的自我正念受教学空间环境的影响更为明显。研究发现对我国学前儿童身体健康的养护和保健具有重要现实指导意义。
Abstract:
 In order to explore the relationship among teaching space,teachers'intrapersonal mindfulness,preschool children's physical health,and the moderating role of teachers' age,a total of 1054 kindergarten teachers were investigated by using the Teachers' Perceived Work Environment Scale,Teaching Mindfulness Scale and Child Vulnerability Scale.The results showed that:(1)teaching space had a significant effect on preschool children's physical health;(2)teachers' intrapersonal mindfulness played a part-mediated role in the relationship between teaching space and preschool children's physical health;(3)teachers' age significantly moderated the impact of teaching space on teachers'intrapersonal mindfulness.The research findings have important practical significance for the health care of preschool children's health in China.
